Dog Training Classes
Group dog training classes are available for puppies and dogs, so long as they have had their vaccinations.
Dog Training Classes are available in Clevedon, North Somerset.
Classes are run in conjunction with the Kennel Club's Good Citizen Dog Scheme. Mutt Manners runs classes at all 4 levels - Puppy, Bronze, Silver and Gold. The classes are aimed at 'everyday dog ownership'. You will learn how to teach your dog to be more obedient and your dog will be able to socialise with other dogs.
You will learn things like:
· How to get your dog to come back to you.
· How to get your dog to walk to heel.
· How to get your dog to leave food that is littered on the street.
· How to get your dog to stop in an emergency (e.g. if they are running towards the road).
· How to get your to stay put in one place until you say he can move.
· And much more….
Classes are great fun and a brilliant way of building on your relationship with your dog. Mutt Manners uses only reward-based training methods. The emphasis is on dog and handler alike having fun and enjoying themselves.
